Method
- Mix all the spices, herbs, lemon juice and oil together in a bowl and marinade the lamb chops on both sides
 - Leave to marinate in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours, or ideally overnight
 - Remove chops from fridge and bring to room temperature.
 - Preheat pan for 3 - 4 minutes, add chops and cook for 2 - 3 minutes each side
 - Rest for 5 minutes and serve with fresh lemon and salad
