  1. Massage the diced lamb in olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper and marinate for at least 1 hour. Threat lamb and vegetables onto the skewers.
  2. Preheat grill plate to a medium high heat. Place skewers on grill plate and cook for 6 minutes, turning halfway.
  3. Serve with lemon and salad.
